For this reason, the development of leadership models for Islamic educational institutions needs to continue to be developed. Many Islamic educational institutions are unable to develop and experience setbacks due to weak leadership. Therefore, various models of Islamic leadership need to be realized as an advantage for Islamic educational institutions. One of the leadership models that is currently developing is transformational leadership, which is one of the leadership models that has succeeded in bringing Islamic educational institutions to excellence. Transformational leadership cannot be separated from the institutional environment and superior human resources so that they are able to apply the transformational model in the management of Islamic educational institutions. Therefore, it is important for the development of Islam to know the characteristics of transformational leadership. Through the qualitative research method of this literature study, the researcher used references from various data sources and then processed them in depth to find the characteristics of transformational leadership in Islam. From this research, the results showed that the characteristics of transformational leadership in Islamic educational institutions include: 1) Idealized Influence, 2) Inspirational Motivation, 3) Intellectual Stimulation, and 4) Individualized Consideration. ). In an effort to achieve this, the way that can be taken is by updating the relevant curriculum. With the curriculum transformation, it is hoped that it can improve the quality of education. One of the curricula recommended by the government is the Merdeka Curriculum. In achieving maximum results in its implementation, an effective strategy is needed. For this reason, this article aims to explore the strategy for implementing the Merdeka Curriculum carried out by SMAN 2 Ponorogo. In this study using descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques interviews and observations and data analysis using miles and Huberman and or other relevant methods. The results of this study in the implementation strategy of SMAN 2 Ponorogo carried out activities in the form of IHT (In House training) on the Independent Curriculum. In its implementation, there are still various obstacles ranging from the lack of teacher knowledge about the independent curriculum, lack of socialization and paradigm shifts. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that effective strategies have been implemented to overcome the challenges of implementing the independent curriculum at SMAN 2 Ponorogo. One of the aspects developed to improve student competitiveness is the ability of soft skills, hard skills, intrapersonal intelligence, and interpersonal intelligence. It is interesting to see the curriculum development using the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) model lens. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with the type of case study research, this research explores how to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate the development of the MBKM Curriculum at UIN SATU Tulungagung. In conclusion, the analysis aspects of the MBKM curriculum are: analyzing the Vision and Mission, reading industry needs, global capabilities, and learning objectives. The MBKM curriculum design is 4 semesters of learning in Study Programs, 1 semester of Learning outside the Study Program in Higher Education, 2 semesters of learning outside of Higher Education, then 1 semester of Final Project. The development of the MBKM Curriculum at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung includes 8 BKP (Forms of Learning Activities) to improve hard skills. Soft skills, interpersonal skills, and intrapersonal skills. Implementing the MBKM Curriculum is carried out in stages. One way to overcome this is by building partnerships with DUDI. Building partnerships is very important to improve the quality of graduates of these educational institutions. Based on this, this study aims to examine the concept of partnership between schools and the business world and the industrial world in improving the quality of graduates. The research model used in this research is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. From the data analysis, it can be concluded that SMK PGRI 2 Ponorogo has carried out several stages in building partnerships. In addition, they also use a network model in the form of industrial classes and a collaboration model in the form of recruitment of students, internships, and PKL. Effective teachers must have an important role in dedicating themselves to the educational process. The primary objective of this study is to delineate endeavors aimed at enhancing the efficacy of service teachers in elevating the standard of learning. The research adopts a qualitative approach employing thematic analysis as its model. The data collection methodologies encompass interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that the predominant model for nurturing service teachers at the Al-Amanah Al-Gontory Islamic boarding school is centered around total quality control. This entails overseeing and regulating the quality of the entire life structure, thereby influencing various facets of the educational environment. The methods used include direction, training, assignment, habituation, supervision, uswah hasanah, and approaches (humane, program, idealism). Next, enhancing teacher proficiency involves the implementation of various programs such as creating pre-teaching materials (RPP), reinforcing teaching materials, reviewing learning materials (Taftisyu al-I'dat al-mufaaji'), conducting supervision (Naqdu Tadris), and carrying out weekly assessments commonly referred to as Saturday evaluations. Archives management influences administrative activities in the administrative sector. With good archives management, it will be easier for the school to obtain the necessary archives through the administration sector. In managing archives, SMKN 2 Ponorogo has special administrative staff. Archives are neatly arranged with clearly written codes, which makes it easier for administrative members when they need archives when needed. The objectives of the research are: 1) to understand the stages of archive creation and management; 2) know the stages of use and maintenance of archives; 3) as well as knowing the stages of determining the final fate of archives in supporting administrative activities in the administrative sector at SMKN 2 Ponorogo. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection through in-depth interviews, documentation and observation. Data analysis uses a data condensation model, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on data analysis, the following results were found: 1) The archive creation stage was carried out by internal and external parties. Meanwhile, archive management is directly carried out by the TU department; 2) All parties are allowed to use the archives at SMKN 2 Ponorogo but must be intermediary with TU staff. Meanwhile, archive maintenance is carried out using an archive storage system, namely soft file and hard file storage; 3) Stage of determining the final fate of the archive. Meanwhile, SDIT Al Uswah Surabaya is different, this school is one of the Islamic schools in Surabaya which always gets quite a lot of students every year. Quality is one of the factors that makes a school attractive. One quality is the suitability of a condition to the standards used, including the suitability of the human resource standards held by SDIT Al Uswah Surabaya. This research aims to analyze the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for staffing standards at SDIT Al Uswah Surabaya along with its advantages and disadvantages. This research uses a qualitative approach. This research uses secondary data. Data were analyzed using human resource management theory according to Schermerhorn. The results of this research show that the SOP for staffing standards at SDIT Al Uswah Surabaya consists of 25 SOPs. The quality workforce search function consists of one SOP, the quality workforce development function consists of five SOPs, and workforce maintenance consists of twenty SOPs, and there are two SOP that can be grouped into two human resource management functions at once. The advantage of the SDIT Al Uswah Surabaya SOP is that it is prepared simply so that it is easy to understand and implement.
